Can I arrive early to set up my Wi-Fi and equipment before my meeting?
Absolutely. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your booking, especially if you have an important interview, presentation, or business call.
This gives you time to get comfortable, connect to Wi-Fi, test your audio and video, and prepare for your meeting without feeling rushed.
What happens if my call runs over by a few minutes? Will I need to pay for another 30 minutes?
Our priority is to ensure you have the best possible experience, whether you’re attending a job interview, an important business meeting, or a client call.
If there is another booking immediately after yours, a member of our team will let you know before your session ends so you can wrap up accordingly.
If the booth is available, you’re welcome to stay a little longer. In most cases, an overrun of up to 15 minutes is fine and there will be no additional charge. If you need longer just book another 30+ minutes on the PodWork website.

Is there someone to let me in, or is entry digital?
Our meeting booths are located within a staffed office. When you arrive, simply let us know that you have a booking with Podwork and show your booking confirmation. A member of our team will welcome you, help you get settled, provide the Wi-Fi password, offer complimentary tea, coffee, or water, and show you the facilities, including the toilets.
